INSPIRATION PHRASE
We learn to swim like fish and to fly like birds, but we don't learn to live together as brothers.

PROPOSAL:
• know the origins and differences that make up each person's uniqueness: race, beliefs, culture ...;
• reflect on the ease / complexity of some people's lives just because of their race or culture;
• expand the practical application of diversity: in groups, in the classroom, at school,
in the family, in the community.
IMPORTANCE
Especially in the business world, the discourse of inclusion, diversity, equity and equality gained ground; it is worth incorporating these concepts so that they really become practical and are not just a fad.
ACTIVITIES
Go to the root
In this activity, students use critical thinking to deconstruct a problem they are concerned with. They identify a problem, explore the root causes and effects and research who the experts are. This is a great way to build community, use creative expression and think of different approaches for the next best steps in the learning process.
