Como característica das cidades que se desenvolvem de forma desassistida pelo Estado, muitas são as mazelas da comunidade. Violência, pouco saneamento básica, moradia precária e a fome, são os principais problemas enfrentados pelas famílias. A escola, por estar na comunidade, é um espaço que está envolvido em ações que promovam o bem-estar das nossas crianças e comunidade, desenvolvendo campanhas de conscientização e arrecadação para as situações emergentes. Realizamos parceria com a Associação dos Diplomatas Brasileiros, que financiaram o projeto, e a rede de apoio socioassistencial da rede pública, que realizaram um momento de formação com as famílias. Patricia Kunrath, é formada em Comunicação Social - Publicidade e Propaganda, Mestre e Doutora em Antropologia Social pela UFRGS com estágio de Doutorado na Universidade da Califórnia Irvine. Tem experiência em docência acadêmica, em atuação e em pesquisa no terceiro setor com foco em filantropia, investimento social privado e cultura de doação no Brasil e nos Estados Unidos. É professora na ESPM Porto Alegre e coordenadora de conhecimento no GIFE. Pedro Frazão, é pai, transplantado renal, ciclista e ativista em causas relacionadas à realidade urbana como mobilidade, inclusão social, reciclagem e cultura da doação. Promove a Cultura da Doação utilizando a cidade como sua principal plataforma e transformando realidades por meio da informação e da arte em seu projeto “Quem doa vive mais”. Faz parte do Conselho Consultivo da ONG Pimp My Carroça. ESTATÍSTICAS SOBRE O PRÊMIO A plataforma de inscrições recebeu 3205 acessos , e do total de inscritos 60% das escolas foram de ensino público . Sobre o perfil de quem efetivou a inscrição, 70% foram mulheres, 42,5% entre 25 e 44 anos. Como maior recorrência temática: • projetos de conscientização social sobre a importância de um ou mais dos 7 Princípios da Educação para Gentileza e Generosidade (56%); • projetos de arrecadação de alimentos, material escolar, artigos eletrônicos, peças de vestuário, cobertores, dentre outros bens duráveis e não duráveis (37,5%); • projetos de voluntariado (3,1%); • projetos promovendo as datas do calendário sazonal social como o Dia de Doar/Dia de Doar Kids, Dia do Meio Ambiente, Dia da Gratidão, Dia da Consciência Negra, entre outras datas (3,1%) Curiosidades: • 100% das escolas inscritas tem o hábito de realizar campanhas de doação. • 100% das escolas gostariam de implementar a Metodologia dos 7PEGG. Ana Clara Martins Pra mim, é uma grande honra ser embaixadora da Plataforma de Educação para Gentileza e Generosidade. Desde pequena sempre tive a vontade de levar um pouco de cuidado para quem precisa. Eu imaginava que se cada pessoa fizesse um pequeno gesto solidário, essa pequena gotinha de amor ao próximo poderia transformar o mundo numa grande rede de ajuda humanitária. Se você também tem essa vontade, saiba que doar não custa muito e nem precisa ser algo difícil. Você também pode doar seu tempo, seu conhecimento, ou seu talento para ajudar a quem precisa. Você vai perceber que isso vai ser incrível para quem recebe, e gratificante para você mesmo. Este é o espírito da gentileza e da generosidade. Augusto sente um prazer especial em doar suas telas para escolas, hospitais e centros de tratamento de crianças especiais. Muitas dessas instituições já se acostumaram com suas doações anuais. No entanto, Augusto notadamente se sente mais realizado quando pode doar o seu tempo entre crianças especiais mostrando que é fácil pintar e as estimulando a tentar.
